Refund Policy

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't completed the course.

How it works

If a course isn't the right fit, email support@officedrills.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no reason required.

The one condition: the refund applies as long as you haven't finished the course you're asking to return. This keeps the policy fair to us while still giving you a real window to try a course and back out if it's not useful.

Bundles and the full library

The same 14-day, not-yet-completed standard applies to bundle and full-library purchases, evaluated per course — completing one course inside a bundle doesn't affect your ability to refund the others.

Free courses

Foundations courses are free, so there's nothing to refund — cancel anytime by just not using them.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
