Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
By using officedrills.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What OfficeDrills is
OfficeDrills is an independent, educational practice environment for learning real-world software workflows through simulated lessons. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the software companies referenced in its lessons (including but not limited to Intuit, Microsoft, Salesforce, Google, and Adobe). All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Completing a course does not constitute an official certification from any of those companies.
Accounts
You need an account to track progress and access purchased courses. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens under your account.
Purchases and pricing
Course prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions, processed securely through Stripe. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
License to use the courses
When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative products from OfficeDrills' course content.
Acceptable use
- Don't share your account or purchased course access with people who haven't paid for it.
- Don't attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute course content in bulk.
- Don't use the site in a way that disrupts it for other learners.
No official certification
OfficeDrills courses are a practice environment, not the real software, and completing one does not grant any official credential, certification, or endorsement from the companies whose products a course is modeled on.
Disclaimer of warranties
OfficeDrills is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep lessons accurate and the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every learner's specific goals (including job placement or interview outcomes).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfficeDrills is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
